Community Guidlines

Welcome to Otsvo. If you choose to be dishonest or disrespectful, you may be removed from the community.
Our goal is to allow users to express themselves and connect freely so long as doing this does not offend
others. Newbie or celebrity, everyone is held to the same standard on Otsvo. We’re asking you to abide by
our community guidelines both on and offline.

If you violate any of our community policies, you may be banned from Otsvo. We encourage you to report any behavior that violates our policies.

Otsvo is not the place for:

Copyright and Trademark Infringement
If it’s not yours, do not post it. If your Otsvo profile includes any work that is copyrighted or trademarked
by others, do not display it, unless you have permission to do so.

Harassment
Do not engage in, or encourage others to engage in any targeted abuse or harassment against any other
member. This includes sending messages with unsolicited materials to community members. Reports of
stalking, threats, bullying, or intimidation, will be taken very seriously.

Hate Speech
Any content that promotes, advocates for, or condones racism, bigotry, hatred, or violence against
individuals or groups based on factors such as (but not limited to) race, ethnicity, religious affiliation,
disability, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity is not allowed.

Nudity/Sexual Content
We are not asking you to take $200 headshots and pose with your best gear, but please keep it professional
and appropriate. No nudity, no sexually explicit content, keep it clean.

Violence and Physical Harm
We do not tolerate any actions or content that advocate for or incite violence of any sort, including
threatening or promoting terrorism. Physical assault, coercion, and any acts of violence are strictly
prohibited. Content that advocates for or glorifies self-harm or suicide is also not allowed.

Private Information
Do not publicly broadcast any private information such as social security
numbers, passports, passwords, financial information, etc.

Spam
Don’t use Otsvo to help your spamming career, we are not into that. Sorry.

Prostitution and Trafficking
Promoting or advocating for sexual services, human trafficking, or other non-consensual sexual acts is
strictly prohibited and will result in your account being banned from Otsvo.

Scamming
Otsvo has a zero-tolerance policy on shady behavior of any kind. Anyone attempting to get other
users’ private information for fraudulent or illegal activity will be banned. Any user caught sharing their
own financial account information for the purpose of receiving money from other
users may also be banned.

Impersonation
Be yourself! Do not misrepresent affiliation, connection, or association with,
any person or entity. This includes parody accounts. While we think your Jim Carey profile is hilarious,
you aren’t Jim Carey. And if you are, welcome to Otsvo!

Illegal Usage
If it’s illegal in real life, it’s illegal on Otsvo. It’s that simple.

Third-Party Apps
The use of any apps created by anyone other than Otsvo that claim to offer our service or unlock special
Otsvo features (like getting verified or gaining more credibility points) is not allowed.

REPORT ALL BAD BEHAVIOR

Otsvo reserves the right to investigate and/or terminate your account without a refund of any
purchases if you have misused the service or behaved in a way that Otsvo regards as inappropriate,
unlawful, or in violation of the Terms of Use, including actions or communications that occur off the
service but involve users you meet through the service.
